If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Royal Mail may not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
The standard shipping rate for the United Kingdom is £5.00.
Large orders are best fulfilled by a dealer, so there is a flat fee of £100 that is added to all orders exceeding 2kg in weight.
Alliance Brass will no longer be selling its products from its website to customers outside of the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, freight costs and have increased and the reliability of delivery services has decreased, so we took the decision that customers would be better served by their local dealer. If you wish to purchase an Alliance item, please contact a local dealer.
For customers in the EU there are several companies with a good online service where Alliance products can be purchased. Since Brexit, if EU customers order from the us directly, customs charges are incurred. If they order from one of the many stores in the EU they will not pay customs charges and should receive quick service and delivery without the hold ups which occur when customs checks are made. Alliance wants to ensure that all its customers receive the best possible service, and we feel this is best way to guarantee this.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
